When do these conditions apply?

These conditions apply to all purchases made via www.frekko.nl.

For private customers in the Netherlands (and the rest of the EU), Dutch law applies, taking into account the mandatory consumer protection rules in your own country. The Dutch terms and conditions are always leading.

Are you purchasing on behalf of a company? Then our additional business terms apply.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship with PostNL, DPD, DHL, UPS, or another courier – we choose the best option.
Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days.

Our coffees are freshly roasted every Tuesday. Order before Tuesday, and your coffee will be roasted that same day. Orders placed after Tuesday may have to wait until the next roasting day.

Deliveries within the Netherlands take place on business days between 09:00 and 18:00.

Heavy package? Or a high-value shipment? We may choose to deliver it by courier instead of regular postal services. We’ll always contact you to coordinate this. Courier deliveries take place only on business days, and the courier will call you before arrival — please provide your phone number when placing your order.

Prefer to pick up your order? Great! Just make an appointment, and your coffee will be ready.

Would you like insured shipping? Let us know — this can be arranged for a small extra fee.

Please check your order within 48 hours after delivery. We carefully inspect every shipment before it leaves our roastery, but mistakes can happen. If you notice any damage, please report it in writing immediately. After 48 hours, we can unfortunately no longer resolve it free of charge.

If your package is refused or not collected and is returned to us, we will charge the shipping and return costs.


Not satisfied? You can return your order (for EU consumers)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

  • Within 14 days after notifying us, you’ll receive a refund of your purchase (excluding shipping costs), provided everything is returned neatly and unused.

  • Administrative costs for returns or cancellations are at your own expense.

Please note:

  • Only unused products can be returned.

  • If a product has been used, you may receive up to 85% of the purchase price, depending on its condition.

  • Sale items cannot be returned.

  • Custom or personalized products (for example with your name, custom sizes, or specific requests) cannot be returned.

  • Returning a product is at your own risk. If the product is lost during return shipping, we are not responsible. You can contact the carrier directly.

For returns, we use our own return form and refer to the European model withdrawal form.


Product exchange

Would you like to exchange a product? No problem — just email us at info@frekko.nl.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

  • The product must be unused, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any loss in value is at your own expense.


Final notes

We may update these terms at any time. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Dutch text prevails.
