When Do These Terms Apply?
These terms apply to all purchases made via www.frekko.nl.
For private customers in the Netherlands (and the rest of the EU), Dutch law applies, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your own country. The Dutch Terms and Conditions shall always prevail.
Are you purchasing on behalf of a business? Then the additional business terms apply.
Shipping & Delivery

We ship with PostNL, DPD, DHL, UPS, or another courier — we choose the best option.

We generally ship within 2–3 business days.

Our coffees are roasted fresh every Tuesday.
Place your order before Tuesday, and your coffee will be roasted that same day.
If you order after Tuesday, your coffee may not be roasted until the next Tuesday. -
Shipments within the Netherlands are delivered on business days between 09:00 and 18:00.

Heavy parcel? Or high-value contents?
We may choose to ship via a private courier instead of the standard parcel service.
We will always contact you to arrange this. Courier deliveries take place only on business days, and the courier will call before arrival. Always provide your phone number when placing your order. -
Pick-up? You're very welcome! Please make an appointment so your coffee will be ready on arrival.
Want insured shipping? Let us know — this is available for a small additional fee.
Please check your order within 48 hours of receipt. We inspect all outgoing shipments, but issues can still occur. Do you notice damage? Report it immediately in writing. After 48 hours, we can unfortunately no longer resolve it free of charge.
If your parcel is refused or not collected and is returned to us, we will charge the shipping and return costs.
Orders Outside the EU (Including the United Kingdom)
Orders shipped outside the EU, including the UK, may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and local clearance or handling fees. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that FREKKO does not have any control over these fees.
Customs processing may occasionally cause delivery delays.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid fees and returned to us, the shipping, return, and customs costs will be deducted from your refund.
Entered an Incorrect Delivery Address?
If you accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address, please notify us as soon as possible via info@frekko.nl or by phone.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly update the address.

If the parcel is already on its way, check whether it can be redirected to a pick-up point.

If it is returned to us, we will charge the shipping and return costs.
Final Provisions
We may amend these terms at any time. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Dutch text shall prevail. If you have questions regarding this policy, please contact us in writing at info@frekko.nl.
