Product description

DF Coffeegrinders DF64 Air (DF64 Gen3)

  • Successor to the DF64 Gen 2.5
  • Single dose and all-round coffee grinder
  • Very low retention

The DF64 Air replaces the tried and true DF64 Gen 2.5. With the DF64 Air, you grind consistently, quickly, and precisely with an ionizer, and now also much quieter and slimmer than what we are used to from the DF64 Gen 2.5. We are fans of 64mm burrs because this is the standard size for professional coffee grinders, and many different upgrades are available, such as the well-known SSP burrs. As far as we are concerned, the DF64 Air is one of the best single-dose coffee grinders currently available.

The 210W motor is powerful and will easily handle any grind setting. With the stepless adjustment method, you can precisely select the grind that suits your brewing method: from fine espresso to coarse filter. An advantage of the DF64 Air is that the grinder is quieter than its predecessor thanks to the upgraded motor. Now also featuring an automatic timer, so you no longer have to manually turn off the grinder after grinding your coffee.

Single dose is a dosing method where you put a pre-weighed amount of coffee into the grinder. This ensures that you waste less coffee and can quickly switch between grind sizes and coffee beans. This is the most popular way of grinding coffee because there is so much to discover within the world of coffee.

At FREKKO, we have been working with DF-coffeegrinders for a long time, and we know the build quality of their grinders. The choices this brand makes are characteristic. They have listened to the points for improvement of the DF64 Gen 2.5 and applied these to the DF64 Air, such as the slimmer design and quieter motor.

In short: we are fans of the latest DF64 Air. A truly great grinder that we love to make home baristas happy with. Lots of quality for a great price.
