The vibration pump works quietly in the background and ensures an even extraction. With the PID, you can precisely set the brewing temperature, down to the degree Celsius. The OLED display also gives you control over the programmable pre-infusion and shot timer, so you can prepare and monitor your espresso exactly as desired.

Thanks to the steam wand, you can froth milk into a soft microfoam. You can also draw hot water from the steam wand for your americano. However, please note that with this single boiler, you have to wait until the machine reaches steam temperature before you can froth your milk.

In terms of build, it is also well done: quality as we are used to from ECM. The polished stainless steel housing gives the Classika III a stylish appearance, while the compact size fits nicely on your countertop. The blue pressure gauge, from which you can read the pump pressure, and the high-quality finish in the details complete the picture.
