Its heat exchanger/HX boiler allows you to brew coffee and steam milk simultaneously without taking up extra space for a second boiler. The E61 group ensures even water distribution across the coffee every time.
The vibration pump quietly pushes water through the coffee bed. The PID shot timer shows you how long the extraction lasts. You can set the water temperature with the PID switch. The cold touch steam wand produces soft milk foam once the boiler is heated, and the hot water wand makes it easy to prepare an Americano or tea. With this model you can brew coffee and froth milk at the same time.
ECM designed its own E61 group style. While most brands use a cylindrical group, ECM’s tapers subtly. It also features a ‘mushroom’ style and a minimalist outlet. Durable brass, stainless steel components, and high-quality German finish provide stability and long life.
The machine’s build is top-notch with a stainless steel housing, HX boiler and shot timer. The striking blue rotary valves complete the look. Extra bonus: it comes with the premium ECM portafilter and filter baskets.
