The Stark W is equipped with 65 mm flat 'Italian Taste' burrs with Diamond Inside coating. These burrs are designed for consistent grinding and a long lifespan. The result? A grinder that gives you a lot of control over your espresso and makes it easy to adjust for different coffees.

The most striking feature of this grinder is the Instant Grind-By-Weight Technology. You set your desired amount of coffee in grams, place your portafilter in the renewed fork, and the grinder does the rest. During grinding, the coffee is constantly weighed, so you get the same dose every time. No timer that gives you a different amount each time, but precisely the amount of coffee you want, down to the gram.

Eureka's stepless grind adjustment allows for very precise adjustments. The large King Size Dial makes small adjustments easy and clearly readable, ensuring you can fine-tune your espresso very precisely.
