This machine features a copper dipper boiler, allowing you to brew espresso completely silently. The lever brewing unit of this machine is still made in Italy today. The lever gives you the freedom to control when to release the spring pressure and push the water through the coffee.
The PRO 800 II is at its best when connected to a mains water supply. It then regulates the water supply itself and doesn't use the vibration pump. No mains water? No problem, the vibration pump quietly refills the boiler.
Thanks to the cold-touch steam wand, you can easily froth milk. And with the hot water wand, you can easily make an Americano or tea. But let's be honest, the PRO 800 II is meant for the true espresso lover. Conveniently, this model allows you to brew coffee and froth milk simultaneously, ideal if your guests prefer cappuccinos.
At 36 kg, the PRO 800 II is a literal heavyweight in the coffee world, thanks to a concrete block incorporated into the machine to counterbalance the siphon. The exterior is elegantly finished with American walnut, stainless steel, and a pine green pressure gauge. The PID allows you to easily adjust the boiler pressure and steam power. As an added bonus, it comes standard with three filter holders, a tamper, and filter baskets.
