ECM Synchronika II 30 Years Anniversary Edition
- Exclusive Anniversary Edition, only 900 copies in total
- Heated up within 6.5 minutes
- Matte black with oak wood
Are you looking for an espresso machine that beautifully combines technology and design? Then the ECM Synchronika II 30 Years Anniversary Edition is a special edition. In honor of ECM's 30th anniversary, this machine was released in a limited edition of only 900 copies. Each copy has its own number and a stainless steel anniversary badge.
The dual boiler consists of a stainless steel coffee boiler of approximately 0.75 liters and a steam boiler of approximately 2 liters. This allows you to brew espresso and froth milk at the same time. The heated brew group, with additional heating elements via the Core Heat system, ensures that the machine is ready for use in approximately 6.5 minutes. That is remarkably fast for a machine of this size.
The rotary pump ensures a uniform pressure build-up and quiet operation. You can also connect the Synchronika II to a fixed water connection or use the water reservoir. Switching between both options can be done directly on the machine.
You also have a lot of control during brewing. With the PID control you set the temperature precisely and thanks to active and passive pre-infusion you can further adjust the extraction to your liking. The OLED display provides access to convenient functions such as a shot counter, ECO mode and a reminder for cleaning the brew group.
In terms of construction, this anniversary edition is just a little different from the regular Synchronika II. The matte anthracite powder-coated housing is combined with oak wood handles and machine feet. The pressure gauges with stainless steel details complete the design. You also get an extra filter holder with silicone spouts, in addition to the modular filter holder.
In short: the ECM Synchronika II 30 Years Anniversary Edition combines the technology of the Synchronika II with a number of special details in honor of ECM's anniversary. A machine for the home barista who wants a lot of control over the espresso, but also has an eye for finish and design. And with only 900 copies worldwide, this is one you won't come across every day.
