The 250W motor is incredibly powerful and can easily handle any grind. The infinitely variable adjustment allows you to precisely select the grind that suits your brewing style: from fine espresso to coarse filter. The advantage of the DF64 is that the grinder grinds very quickly, requiring less patience, and your beans heat up less quickly, allowing the flavor to fully develop.
