Looking for a machine that will make espresso and cappuccino lovers happy? Then the Rocket Giotto Fast is for you. This machine has a heat exchanger. Thanks to the PID temperature control, you can adjust the brewing temperature to the coffee you are using, and with FAST technology, the machine is ready for use in about 10 minutes. The E61 group head ensures a stable temperature during brewing, so you get a consistent espresso in your cup every time.
The Giotto Fast is available as Type V and Type R. The Type V has a vibratory pump that ensures reliable and even extraction and works with an internal water reservoir. The Type R is equipped with a rotary pump. It operates more quietly, builds pressure even more evenly, and can be connected to a fixed water supply in addition to the water reservoir. Whichever version you choose, the basic machine remains the same.
Thanks to the cold-touch steam wand, you can froth milk into beautiful microfoam for cappuccinos, flat whites, and lattes. With the hot water spout, you can easily make an Americano. Convenient: with the Giotto Fast, you can make coffee and froth milk simultaneously, ideal if you are making multiple milk drinks in a row or have visitors.
The build quality is also excellent: the Giotto Fast is made of high-quality stainless steel and is instantly recognizable by its characteristic angled side panels. The dual pressure gauges provide insight into the pump and boiler pressure, and you can easily adjust the most important settings via the subtly integrated OLED display. Extra nice: it comes standard with a portafilter, filter baskets, tamper, and blind filter, so you can get started right away.
In short: the Rocket Giotto Fast combines a trusted Rocket classic with modern technology. Whether you choose Type V or Type R, you'll be bringing home a machine that will make excellent espressos for years to come.
