This machine features a dual boiler, allowing the brewing temperature and steam temperature to remain independent. This ensures stable espresso while providing powerful steam for frothing milk. Rocket's E61 group head ensures a consistent temperature and reliable extraction, so you get the most out of every coffee bean.
The rotary pump works quietly in the background, providing constant pressure during espresso brewing. This results in a smooth extraction and plenty of room to precisely tailor your coffee to your taste.
Thanks to the insulated steam wand, you can froth milk into silky microfoam for cappuccinos, flat whites, and lattes. With the hot water spout, you can easily make an americano or tea in between. Handy: with this model, you can brew coffee and froth milk simultaneously, ideal if you're making several cappuccinos in a row.
What makes the R58 Tune special is the extra control. With the new Tune technology, you can adjust pre-infusion and the end of extraction at a fixed pressure. You can even save two personal recipes. The updated touchscreen communication pod gives you easy insight into the most important settings, without compromising the sleek design.
The build quality is also excellent: the R58 Tune is made of high-grade stainless steel and features the recognizable Rocket look with a revamped front, sturdy metal feet, and a neatly finished casing. The Push-Turn knobs combine two functions in one motion: press to flush, turn to operate. Extra nice: it comes standard with a portafilter, filter baskets, tamper, and maintenance accessories.
